Beautiful and serene location in the mountains, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Private in-room hot springs, a luxurious addition to the stay.- Friendly and attentive staff, offering excellent service throughout the stay.
Limited number of towels in the room, could be improved. The dining area could be more discreet and private, rather than open to the general dining room.

Lovely traditional, style rooms with amazing views of the surrounding mountains, and a great location for skiing with easy access to the slopes. the onsen was nice and piping hot, and the staff were very polite and accommodating when we needed to change our room.
The food was very traditional and not very appealing to our tastes, and there wasn't much variety at all which ended up spoiling our xmas holiday.
